My Graduation song

My Graduation song

Like a hook to its' eye; fix me

Least I know no blind alley

But blissful in things I do

Brush my hair and buff my look

I bloat the blitz-Krieg and blizzard of hinders

Receiving it coolly, it's mandate they stay-off me

Whip the dust from my face

For the sun, if she wishes to over reflect on me

Put my compatriots to shame as I turn mirror

Roll my sleeves and pop my collars

Let me enjoy prosperity in the fast lane

Since you've made me a fast-track graduate

Drive my feet away from gammy life

Sharpen my eyes and thought so I dodge the germs in air

Even when I'm under the influence; Success I taste in G and T

By fastening my drawstring and tying my lace

Bring success to me on everyday race

Let failure know not my stunning face

Tighten my belt and run my zipper

Not all that zing that sings

My life is a fascinating song.

I... hate You!

Against my will

Like gravity, you pull me down

Bouncing on me like lion

You tear me apart

Coldblooded, this love bleeds.

You just a clown

You on my face is frown

Forcefully, I wear your crown

I just glare at your thrown.

Money, fancy things and trips

You bribe me to like your lips

You force me to say; 'I love you'

Angel, baby, honey, my darling

You the only bitter honey I call vinegar

I… hate you more than the devil hates good.

I wish you bad and no good

Yes, 'I love you'

But the hatred I have is more

Just like the cigar I smoke

The stress I cope

I'm the alcohol to your kidney

I'm not a disguised toxin, see me

Open your ears my honey

Darling, hear the last whispering

For there is no one I hate as you.

My Name is ‘ONYEKA’

My Name is 'ONYEKA'

Born in the southern part of Nigeria

My name isn't imprinted like Awolowo to Naira

Neither is my handwriting in the dollar

But I sing 'great Delta'

If given the chance, love wouldn't be a finger

All men would be Steve Wonder

Colors wouldn't bother

Whichever way, I remain on Black, Africa.

Expression, Passion is a form of drama

I am a prolific writer

Dedicated to pen and paper

I pray they recognize my voice 'Onyeka'

No one is greater than my father

They say I'm as mad as a hatter

I patiently wait for the judge's hammer

To decide how long I'll be a dreamer.
